With over 30 years of experience in youth work, Emma is at her best when she’s chatting with young people about faith, life, and everything in between. Her warmth, energy, and deep care for others shine through in everything she does.

Rachel is passionate about walking alongside young people as they explore life, faith, and who they’re becoming. She’s energised by honest conversations, shared laughter, and the beautiful chaos of youth work.

When she’s not working with churches through the Growing Younger team, you’ll likely find her cooking up something delicious, making music, or gathered around a board game with friends—always with plenty of laughter along the way. Whether she’s leading a session, supporting volunteers, or reimagining what youth work could look like, Rachel brings thoughtfulness, creativity, and deep care to all she does.
