Pick and Mix
Flexible, self-paced learning tailored to your lifestyle. Choose from a variety of short modules – ranging from 45 minutes to 3 hours – covering topics like faith, schools work, emotional wellbeing, and more. Learn online, independently, and in your own time.
Foundations
A six-month online training programme for youth and children’s helpers. With flexible, bitesize modules and a choice of youth or children’s pathways, it builds core knowledge and practical skills to support your work with young people and children.
Commissioned
For experienced youth and children’s workers ready to deepen their skills. Over six months, it combines face-to-face training, mentoring, and peer learning to grow leadership, strategy, and theology—honouring existing experience while equipping for greater impact.
Flex Conference
An annual event held in John Cadbury House, offering an opportunity to attend in-person training, connect with others, and explore our marketplace full of new ideas and resources to grow, deepen and inspire your youth and children’s work.
