Pick and Mix
Flexible, self-paced learning tailored to your lifestyle. Choose from a variety of short modules – ranging from 45 minutes to 3 hours – covering topics like faith, schools work, emotional wellbeing, and more. Learn online, independently, and in your own time.
Foundations
A six-month online training programme for youth and children’s helpers. With flexible, bitesize modules and a choice of youth or children’s pathways, it builds core knowledge and practical skills to support your work with young people and children.
Commissioned
For experienced youth and children’s workers ready to deepen their skills. Over six months, it combines face-to-face training, mentoring, and peer learning to grow leadership, strategy, and theology—honouring existing experience while equipping for greater impact.
Flex Conference
The Flex Conference is our annual gathering for everyone involved in children’s and youth ministry across the diocese. It’s a day to learn, connect and be inspired through keynote speakers, practical seminars, and in-person training, while exploring a marketplace packed with fresh ideas, resources and organisations to support your ministry.
