We want everyone to enjoy the Flex Conference, so this section provides all the information you need about accessibility. From wheelchair access and hearing support to dietary requirements and quiet spaces, you’ll find guidance to ensure your day is comfortable, inclusive, and fully accessible.
Wheelchairs
We have parking available right outside the main entrance. You can let us know on the booking form if you need one of these spaces. The rooms in the conference centre are all on one level. Hearing
Our main conference auditorium is fitted with a hearing loop system.
Calm Room
If you need downtime during the conference and space in a low-stimulus environment, head to our Prayer Room, where you can sit quietly and collect your thoughts.
